[kictanet] Using Third Party VPNs on Safaricom Mobile Data

I have been having a run with Safaricom on this, and especially their
blocking of the use of other DNS servers apart from theirs!

Anyway, if you manage to penetrate their walls on this, let us know.

Safaricom does DPI and blocks your traffic if they want, regardless of what
you think.
