[kictanet] Using Third Party VPNs on Safaricom Mobile Data

Just received an update from Safaricom agents, that they don't per se restrict VPN use on the network. I suppose the provision (pay-for-VPN-setup) still applies. 

That said, curious if other VPN users have had this experience?
