[kictanet] Gov't threatens to shut media houses announcing election results - Citizentv.co.ke

My understanding on this matter, after an explanation from IEBC, is that
media houses are free to share results as long as they don't announce a
winner. That is the sole purview of the IEBC.

The CS and IEBC should clarify ASAP to avoid confusion.
