[kictanet] Finally, the lands office is digitised

This is good news.

Allow me to be a bit of a party pooper however- what do they mean by
digitisation? Is it merely keeping an online record of the existing files
or does it extend to automating the entire process? My concern is-
referring to scanning of existing records as digitization. That is not
clear from the article.
