[kictanet] IEBC registry shows 128, 926 records of shared voter details - Who audits the IEBC database?

This is another case of wrong database design coupled by lack of form
validation (assuming forms are being used obviously).

The best way to handle this as Collins has highlighted remove all repeating
data at least we will have correct data.

I would really like to know who designed/developed the system and process
and tests done when deploying the system.

Its a good thing IEBC has noticed the issue at this stage rather than
during the election day. This begs the question has IEBC done other tests
to the like stress testing the system?
