[kictanet] IEBC registry shows 128, 926 records of shared voter details - Who audits the IEBC database?

There is a tendency among some database designers to avoid setting the
"unique" property for database fields other than their system's own
auto_increment or otherwise generated primary keys.

Am also curious what mechanism is in place to stop me from registering as a
voter, first using my passport , then again using my national ID. Anyone?
