Ali for that we are yet to have substantive and a comprehensive framework.  I am sure you are aware that we are undertaking a study of the innovation ecosystem with ITU and from the recommendations, we can develop a sustainable strategy.  We shall equally share this when it is completed.  Many stakeholders are already involved in the study.

On the aspect of innovations it would be great to get a more comprehensive response from the CA on what you guys are doing to catalyze the Tech Startup space in Kenya. I'm particularly interested in what if any activities you are doing in this space beyond Nairobi.
