[kictanet] Handing over to Safaricom: "Talk to Safaricom"

Thank you so much to all of you who participated in the one week
moderated debate 'Talk to Safaricom'. Your dedication is highly
appreciated.
The questions when responded to by Safcom, will indeed shed light on
many of the concerns raised. 

@Walu, asante sana for your moderation skills and all the hours you
put into the discussion.

We now hand over to Steve Chege, Director, Corporate Affairs at
Safaricom to guide us on the next steps and the time frame within
which we will get responses. 
We welcome Safaricom's willingness  to engage with the community and
ultimately provide us with the very needed information.
