[kictanet] Call for volunteers for the 2017 Kenya IGF steering team

I am an advocate, I would like to volunteer to IGF steering committee in
the following ways;

1.      Reach out to the community to source community participation
and KIGF subject focus areas.
2.      Lead online discussions prior to the KIGF.
