A Geneva Digital Convention indeed is an idea whose time has come. The
individual is now part of the virtual world and it is necessary to have
rules/regulations at the international level binding states on the digital
rights of the individual in as much as the Geneva Convention does in the
physical world. I cannot agree more with the conversation prompted by the
Microsoft president.
