Ali you raise some important questions .
In the science of citizen engagement , there needs to be a way to close the
"*Feedback loop*" .
I daresay that there needs to be a way of gathering feedback from
stakeholders on the final document even after it has been launched . That
way there is a continuous adjustment of the law *pari passu* with the
 environment in which t operates .
A fixed deadline doesn't cut it
