As I explained, the Centre for Applied Research on Law and Policy (CARLP)
has organised a training on compliance with Business Laws, with specific
themes focusing on:

- Directors’ liability under the Companies Act, 2015;

- Compliance with Employment and Labour Laws;

- Tax compliance for business entities;

- Compliance with Procurement Laws; and

- Protection of business ideas and brand names.



The training will be at Sopa Resort, Naivasha, from 10th to 11th
