@Ali,
Dont forget we also have PS Itemere on the list who is equally obliged to telling us about we are at with respect to the 2016 ICT Policy.
If they both prove to be too busy, we can fall back to Eng. Obam the guy in charge of the National Communication Secretariat, the agency that is legally mandated to write the ICT policy to also update us. After that, I guess we can also test our newly enacted Access to Information Act to see if we can extract answers from our leaders.
@PS Itemere, any comments?
walu.

Bwana PS Kyalo
The above refers.
Could you kindly update us on the way forward regarding the 2016 ICT Policy?
We would like to know how the community can help further and when the Policy will be become a 'live' document so we can be able to delve into it and extract the gems that lie therein.
We would also like to know how the multi-stakeholder engagement benefited the development of the Policy, what was added, removed and the criteria used to do so. Of course we are also keen to see the final document.
Thank you and looking forward to your response. Regards
