[kictanet] Permission Marketing and misuse of customer data by Telcos

Hi Ali,

I miss the days when Safaricom led by the CEO would engage the public
directly on issues such as this.  The response is good but not
different from our colleagues from COFEK which has left us confused, i
think matters of public concern require a public response. The
institutions also stand to gain when they openly engage with the
public. What is still unclear is whom do you go to when you have such
an issue. Based on the conversation on the list, there are many
aggrieved parties who have been sorted out in varied ways.
