Hi everyone,

As per request from the call, here is the link to information about
submitting a written contribution to the IGF Retreat. It's open for
submissions by organisations as well as individuals, so I would
encourage anyone who is interested to submit a contribution.

ISOC will be submitting a contribution of our own, and of course
welcome suggestions for what to include.
