Media Council of Kenya  get similar challenges when dealing with
international media, who sometimes use their air content that relate to
Kenya, but using their home country platforms to broadcast - in some cases
their Kenya offices are not involved in the content generation and
distribution, and when complaints come, we want to deal with them

We have online radio which are not even registered by CA or MCK but
broadcast in Kenya
