Yes indeed! Cell C has been a case study in a number of papers on zero-rating as a strategy for late market entrants to gain market share.

I hypothesise that it's the case with Airtel as well, though at the same time, they are calling for regulation of the very OTTs they also zero-rate...
Telco business is intriguing business!
