Ali,

When I here about blockchain I get goosebumps. Its a future right in front
of us in these present days. To the snippets

1. Blockchain in regards to educational certificates is not new. It has
been done http://www.blockcerts.org/ and its open source. Government and
DApps developers look into it and borrow.

2. The other use cases of blockchain in governance should come from
the *corruption
problem* and how BC can take down this monster.
