[kictanet] Law to regulate ICT people will wipe out gains

....ICT is different. Once connectivity is in place, all you need to be a
player on the global ICT stage is a computer and an enquiring mind. Anyone
can get involved.

It is truly an opportunity to unleash the spirit of free thinking that can
propel individuals — and hence a country — to middle-income status
overnight.

Anything that inhibits that spirit of youthful innovation, entrepreneurism
and energy is a bad thing and that is exactly what this ICT Practitioners
Bill will do — stifle enterprise.
