[kictanet] Government spokesman's statement on the ICT Practitioners Bill

Well no where else in the world ICT professionals have to buy a licence so not too sure what the bill will do as it is self defeating.

In my view they will have to regulate all aspects of engineering. 

ICT is about engineering and NOT a practice like accountants and lawyers who deal with historic events.

ICT is an enabler for business likewise is engineering or creating new possibilities for revenue or improving on the current.
@Hussien, can we organise a session to educate the government.
