This is why the multistakeholder model is very important more so in
educating and empowering stakeholders, very unusual for the military
to comment on civilian matters. In other news,  the Zimbabwean courts
could not find any charges to lock up Pastor Evan Mawarire of 'This
Flag Fame', i am not surprised they are looking at another angle of
charging him, the social movement is still hot after bringing business
in Zimbabwe at a Standstill some times last month or was it June using
facebook.
