[kictanet] Hackers claim to steal 1TB of data from Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The more reason ICT should be handled by competent and trained
professionals in our public institutions.

The fact no government is immune (wikileaks etc..) means that we really
need to be serious about our ICT investments in our own institutions.
