Thanks for sharing your experiences. I also use Zuku and often lose 10 or
more days in a month due to service interruptions occasioned by what they
call power outages, signal failures, cable cuts, etc. The only positive
thing is that they take time to inform me via text of such interruptions.
Despite these interruptions, however, they are quite efficient with their
billing (as they ought to be!) without compensation for lost days!
