[kictanet] Kenya film board bans 'immoral' ads from running between 5am and 10pm

I even question the intention. If it is REALLY to preserve national values
and morals, why is the ban only between 5am and 10pm? What of the children
who will stay up late because they have no parental supervision? What of
the ADULTS?
