The intention may be good but with the nature of todays technology the
execution is likely to be a King Canute exercise (King Canute ordered
the tide not to come in to demonstrate his powers). E.g. Many people
watch satellite or Internet tv. What happens? This is a catch 22
situation in which something has to be done but may not be effective.
