Perhaps I can clarify a bit?


Paulos stepped down because he violated the Boards NDA - rather, he was
encouraged by the Board Chair - with pressure from the floor.

Same thing for Badru... who purposely violated the NDA (words from his
mouth).

Both, of course - were re-standing....   :-)

Neither made it back.


During this week, the NomCom Mailing list was discovered to be
unprotected. It was marked "Public" and anyone could subscribe and
download the archive. There are complete copies of the archive in the
wild. Getting access to this may explain what went on within NomCom as
to why folk like John Walu were excluded by NomCom. Maybe John has a
copy?
