[kictanet] Do our youth choose Internet over food?

@Walu, @ Ali,
The tax figures I see on my post pay bill is 16% VAT and 10% excise duty. I
have always assumed that data and voice are taxed at same rate.
I would also be interested in a clarification from an operator.
