Hehehe….i understand but don’t forget we have also petitioned for a new law to be enacted.
We started this in 2011…we know we might win in 2020 but we must find a common ground in protecting IP for our creative people.

In response to a complaint we received .....This clearly shows the onus is on the copyright owners to bring the complaint to the HOST not even the ISP....kazi kwenu Bernard.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is one of the most abused acts at worst and completely ineffective at best. Studies have shown that it's services like iTunes, Netflix, Rdio and spotify that have lead to reduced piracy rates in the US and not the law.
