Kioko,

Have you given the ISPs those sites and they have refused to block them?
Shouldn't you be suing the sites?

THe issue of "allowing" does not rise here, kwanza when they mention
Privacy this case will be thrown out. What you might get is probably an
order for Safaricom to be blocking a site WHEN YOU ALERT THEM TO IT not
them out of their efforts to do so.

And these sites can keep popping up so you guys have your work cut out for
you. Like another lister mentioned, it might be time to explore other
business models.
