To avoid failure here, we need to work with local firms/teams which build
up confidence and efficiency in Kenya.

CRMs (must include working email, Intranet & extranet portals) are required
to assist public officials serve us (citizens).

Note, CRMs are also used to provide feedback (analytics) on
customer/citizen service.

Unlike CRMs, ERPs are used/favored for revenue collection, not to serve us
Kenyans.
