If you interact with cops long enough in Kenya, you realize there are two
sides of them. A "schizo" side....

Most cops actually sincerely hate criminals, but spare them for a while to
extort (steal from) them before execution.

Problem is when they start framing innocent citizens, like the family of a
minor raped recently by a police inspector.
