[kictanet] Fwd: Digital Migration - Set Top Box Ownership

It's not that Kenyans have better things to buy with money, but:

1. The Digital Migration has been impeded by vuta-nikuvute, and Kenyans
love that too as it buys them time:)
2. Kenyans like doing things on the 11th hour:)
