[kictanet] Brazilians Locked out of WhatsApp

It's time for a new world order in communications especially voice.

And more is yet to come.

Let's keep thanking those furthering development of the Internet Protocol
and even more those innovating around it.

Where do you see telecommunications in future?  Regulators are stuck here
for way too long.
