Agreed Machuhi. But also I think as a country we really also need people
who will break the culture the public sector has, and I think this is a
calculated risk Joe can take. His previous porflio speaks for itself, so if
he is caught up in an issue it will not be so hard to figure out its a
setup. He may end up in private sector by virtue of the fact that people
know how things work in the sector.
So I think this is a well calculated risk that is very much needed.
