[kictanet] Joe Mucheru vetting by parliament for position of ICT CS

No young guy with plenty of life ahead of him should accept current
government cabinet appointment at this juncture.

Mucheru with all his verve and vigour will be checkmated. Wait until the
free laptop thing is thrust on him.

He should have negotiated to commence with the next government. 2 year
stint, in a smelly environment....nothing tangible except the smell. Do you
know an ex- politician (forget the semantics that CS are technocrats)
reabsorbed successfully in private sector?

He will also be lucky to come out without EACC visiting his kitchen.
