Let's assume that Collymore's gesture is followed by all public & private
officers declare their wealth on a regular basis - will this exercise
eventually lead to an end or even of corruption? Absolutely not.

The only sure result is near-accurate profiling of persons based on how
much they have. Woe unto you if you are worth little - you cannot even get
a seat at a wedding or funeral. On the other hand if you have a lot you'll
attract all manner of lazy idlers who will forcibly 'ask' you to share with
them...often in life threatening scenarios.

The only way of ending corruption is to simply STOP STEALING.
