[kictanet] Equitel - M-Pesa battle heats up as Safaricom hikes termination fees

The regulators have been searching rather 'unsuccessfully ' at examples or
scenarios when Safcom abused it's dominance, I may well be very wrong but
this here seems to me like the perfect example!
