[kictanet] Cost of mobile money transactions

Once again I am confused how it would cost me more than 50kshs to pay my monthly fixed charge (electricity) of 174. That more than 28% cost of a fixed charge. The same or more of what a fivestar hotel will charge to its guests as statutory charge.
