[kictanet] IANA Transition does Kenya have anything to say

HI Barrack and all

I think the main question would not only be anything to loose but also
what are the gains. The worrying thing in all the limited engagement is
that at this moment our communities all seem to think that IANA, ICANN etc
are way out of their circle of influence. So we are aware of the goings
on but they are in our circle of concern. The general assumption seems to
be that whatever the outcome there is very short term impact on business
as usual.

The challenge is that we have not been able to breakdown the issues to a
point of relevancy to the common internet user.

How we break these issues down is still the biggest challenge.

Regards
