Took a glance at the Transport Integrated Management System (TIMS) tender
published by ICTA the other day and noticed that the ESB middleware was
specifically outlined as IBM middleware & service (pg 148). It is indeed
not my intention to divert from the very important issue of Net neutrality,
but I think there's also an issue of technology neutrality that needs to be
addressed.
