The ICT Authority has advertised several tenders aimed at meeting the needs
of various projects. Below are some of the Tenders/ Bids that are still
open:



*1)      **FUNDING FOR IT & ITES SMEs and START-UPS*

ICT Authority has partnered with International Trade Centre and KITOs to
provide in depth capacity building and market penetration support for 33
start-ups, as well as local export and export-ready companies for the next
three years.

In this regard, the fund is looking to offer financing to ICT start-ups and
SME’s.

2)      *KENYA NEWS AGENCY DIGITISATION (Scanning, cataloging, of
multimedia Management system, and configuration of an e-commerce service
website for KNA)*

Kenya News Agency (KNA) is digitizing it's collection of images gathered
since the 1940's. The ICT Authority is managing and funding the project
through World Bank. Two requests for services have been advertised, one for
the establishment of an e-commerce portal and another one for the scanning
and digitization of the hardcopy images.* Deadlines for applications are in

*3)      **BRAND IDENTITY AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND
IMPLEMENTATION FOR COUNTY ICT TRANSFORMATION  & TCIP PROJECTS*

The ICT Authority is seeking a Consultant/ Consulting Firm to develop a
Communication strategy and Brand Identity for TCIP and TCIP related
projects. The Consultant/ Consulting Firm shall also assist in the
implementation of the communication strategy and brand identity for the
project duration of 2 years.
