I wish to congratulate
Victor Kyalo, he is very progressive and humble and has
brilliant ideas, i just hope he will walk with us just as
Paul Kukubo and Dr. Ndemo used to do (forgive me for
remembering the onions and garlic in Egypt).
Best Regards

lol Walu,
Victor tends to look like the engineer he is. He
doesn't wear a beard but he also doesn't take to
ties well hehe.

Be careful @James,
you are actually saying Victor does NOT look impressive.
Which is debatable based on who is looking :-)

Congratulations to him.
He has an extremely impressive CV which you would
not guess from looking at him.
Well done.

Eish!
Looks like Victor has already grabbed my job!
I was looking forward to applying...were the interviews
done
at night? But then again, I recall that the legal notice
setting up ICT Authority allows the CS/Board to
unilaterally
appoint the 1st CEO.
Either way, am too busy for now - but next time I will
make sure I am on the "ballot" for CEO ICT
Authority.
