[kictanet] Board cancels tender awarded to Olive Technologies to supply Standard One

Corruption is killing every innovative way. I believe someone at Jogoo
House or even at the President's desk was to benefit from this laptop
project.

I was thinking that with the public procurement act being in place, then
corruption would be a thing of the past.

It's sad.
