[kictanet] KeNIC ISSUES

Eric,

I have to agree with Ali on this one. However, I've tempered myself in my
old age and rather than getting upset I'd like to offer our services (
http://kili.io) and would be happy to help out with getting the
architecture to a better place by using local cloud hosting. We not only
handle complex Kenya-based hosting these days, but can offer full-service
deployments for your applications and code.

Most of our code is open source (https://github.com/kili) and we're a
highly transparent organization with great references. Just let me know.

Cheers,
Adam
