I received the following message last week from Paypal

PayPal balance to your Kenyan Equity Bank account. 

To help you withdraw funds from your PayPal account to your Kenyan bank
account, we have partnered with Equity Bank and created Equity Bank’s PayPal
withdraw service. This requires you to hold a bank account with Equity Bank.
