[kictanet] Cofek to sue CCK for defaulting on television deal

You've got it all wrong.

Mr Kenyan Guy has been accessing Uhuru Park (Free Channels) for free, liked
it and had no problem with paying for Transport ( TV) to get there.

Then some fat cat tells him, how about we plant a few more flowers and
manicure the Uhuru Park gardens? Ofcourse the guy says yes.

The guy curiously asks "... Will all this be for free?" Ofcourse, the fat
cat replies. All you need is to buy a one time Uhuru Park Access Card,
which will only cost 5k from one of our Companies, StarUhuru!

The guy, reluctantly parts with the 5k, on the promise of a much better
Uhuru Park.

Shortly thereafter, and after a few visits to Uhuru Park, which indeed has
more trees and flowers (aka channels) the fat cat changes the tune.

".....Upgrading Uhuru Park cost us a lot of money. We also had to spend a
lot to get this tender and Uhuru Park Tree & Flower Commission of Kenya is
also asking for an expensive monthly stipend to make sure we are the only
ones allowed to keep running the Park"

And without flinching, the fat cat closes of..

"..If you want to continue using Uhuru Park, you then have to pay us a
monthly fee. We'll be nice, if you can't pay by the start of the month,
we'll give you two weeks free then we cut you off..."

".. but, but, but you said it was free..?" Mr Guy asks
