Makes one wonder what the "National Values" espoused on the constitution really are? 

At present the "standard" appears to be "(1) ukora/udanganyifu, (2) kujificha (3) kulaumi wengine (wasio na hatia) halafu, (4) kusherehekia manufaa ya utawala wa hayo maovu"
