The terms and conditions subject to which the broadcast permit mentioned
below is what I am looking for - for those who might be wondering.

I am looking for the terms and conditions that the Ministry of Communication
(not sure if that's what they were called pre 2009) used to issue to
broadcast permits to broadcasters. Would anyone have these anywhere
accessible?
