[kictanet] Do Connected Kenya Summits add value to our tech sector?

Pie charts are easy to make especially with data that no-one can
verify and more importantly do not lead to any sort of empowerment for
the Afande at the OB desk. If he was able to access OBs from other
stations and other Govt records e.g KRA and the ID system then he
could be better at making arrests without going to his mkubwa for
clearance. Many a gravy train would derail as a result.
