Any Kenyan of goodwill can file a lawsuit, the only challenge is the
Finances for paying Kapiyo and Bomu Advocates. The advantage organised
groupings like COFEK have is sponsorship, and paying members. Does KICTANET
have the muscle to drag anybody to court?
